NEW SYSTEM OF SUPPORTING EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT – chargeable

Complex support is a process taking place within a school year (6-12 months – depending on a diagnosed problem). It helps the school/institution to diagnose its problems, supports its effective and coherent development as well as the quality of its work. The coordinators are competent teacher consultants of RODN ‘WOM’, trained to be School Organisers of Education Development (aka SORE).

Complex support includes:

  • a diagnosis necessary to meet the needs of a particular school/facility, its teachers, pupils and environment,
  • joint programming of activities (working out the schedule of lectures, workshops, group consulting as well as the ways of implementing the proposed solutions into the school’s activities),
  • performance of the tasks in the school and monitoring of changes
  • summing up the effects of the realised support plan.

COOPERATION AND SELF-DEVELOPMENT NETWORKS – free of charge

The networks organised by our centre gather teachers from various schools and facilities. They last about a year, being realised both online on the RODN ‘WOM’ Moodle platform and stationarily at the centre within 3-5 meetings. They give the possibility of exchanging experience, analysing the examples of good practice, creating innovative solutions, broadening competences and gaining new skills.

The cooperation and self-development networks are coordinated by teacher consultants of RODN ‘WOM’ trained by the Centre for Education Development in Warsaw.

TRAININGS FOR PEDAGOGICAL COUNCILS IN A SCHOOL/FACILITY – chargeable

The topics are suggested at old.womczest.edu.pl (tab: Educational offer -> Trainings for pedagogical councils). School headmasters are welcome to propose their own training topics.
