National Contest of Family Expertise

On February 28, 2018 RODN ‘WOM’ hosted eight teams from secondary schools of Silesia Province  that took part in the selection for the final of the National Contest of Family Expertise. It was the second edition of the contest dedicated to promoting marital and family values.

Out of fifteen topics, the participants chose six: ‘Pitfalls awaiting the young at puberty – how to avoid them?’; ‘Like family, like future’; ‘Internet and television – friends or foes of family life?’; ‘Marriages of people from different cultural backgrounds – potential and challenge’; ‘Engagement as the art of preparation for marriage’; and ‘Domestic violence – a sign of strength or weakness?’.

Announcing the provincial selection results, the jury emphasised the high level of the presented works which indicated great knowledge and involvement of the contestants.
