Mediation and dialogue

Twice a year educators and class teachers meet at the Regional Teacher Development Centre ‘WOM’ in Częstochowa to deal with essential issues within the frame of Class Teacher Academy.

The meeting on October 7, 2015 titled ‘Dialogue in prophylaxis of aggression. How to help students, teachers and parents build the mutual relations and understanding’, was organised with the Professional Mediators Association and the Bridges of Understanding association. Our speakers, dr Joanna Telus and Jerzy Śliwa, active mediators and trainers, encouraged to use mediation in order to solve disputes within the school environment.
